BUILDING MANAGEMENT SERVICE

It’s an annual membership plan for your residential buildings to take care of all the needs in terms of maintenance and development. Under the BMS membership, we cover all your basic home needs.

​​If you become a BMS member with Amity, we offer a first-time free tank wash, sump wash, and tap cleaning. Also, we offer a 10% discount for all the maintenance and development works made during the annual membership period along with 5 years warranty for development works.

In this BMS membership, all the residents in the apartment will have the privilege of being an annual member. Also, every resident will be able to avail a 10% discount in maintenance and development works along with 5 years warranty. We offer first-time free tank cleaning, sump cleaning, vegetation cleaning and common area cleaning. 

For the Bungalow BMS, annual member can avail the same 10% discount in maintenance and development works and 5 years warranty. Apart from that we offer first time free tank cleaning, sump cleaning, swimming cleaning, vegetation cleaning and pest control.
